1. How The Program Works
The Na RaYa Referral Program allows you to refer friends and family to purchase properties at Na RaYa Hua Hin. You’ll earn 500 THB for each qualified lead and 0.5% of the sale price for completed house purchases. Referrals are tracked via the Referral Factory platform.

2. A Referral Is
A referral is when you share your unique link with someone who is not an existing customer and they register their interest in Na RaYa Hua Hin through the referral link. A successful referral is counted when the referred person either submits their details for a visit or completes a property purchase.

3. Rewards And Offers
Participants will earn 500 THB for each qualified lead and 0.5% of the sale price for completed property purchases.

4. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers
Rewards for qualified leads will be issued once the referred person visits the property. The 0.5% commission for completed sales will be issued after the transaction is finalized. Payments are processed via the Referral Factory platform.

5. Privacy
All personal information collected as part of this Referral Program will be processed in line with Na RaYa’s Privacy Policy. Na RaYa is responsible for safeguarding personal data according to applicable regulations.

6. Completed Referrals and Limit
A completed referral is defined as a referred individual registering interest and either visiting or purchasing a property. There is no limit to the number of referrals; however, all referred individuals must be new customers, not existing users of Na RaYa Hua Hin.

7. Restrictions
This program cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Referrals must comply with applicable laws, including anti-Spam regulations. Do not refer unknown individuals or use any inappropriate platforms to promote your referral link.

8. Term and Termination
The program will run until the announced date, which may be extended or ended at our discretion. Referrals made before the termination date are still valid.

9. Exclusive Relationship
You are a participant in the program, not an official representative or agent of Na RaYa. You may not use Na RaYa’s branding or trademarks for any unauthorized purpose.

10. Privacy and Information
Ensure you respect the privacy of your referrals by informing them of the program's terms and privacy policy before collecting their information.

11. Amendments
We may amend these terms or introduce additional offers and restrictions. Participants are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

12. Violations and Termination
We may cancel your participation or withhold rewards if there is any suspected violation, fraud, or misuse of the referral program.

13. Disclaimer and Indemnification
Na RaYa provides this referral program “as is” and may change or remove it at any time. We are not liable for any guarantees or promises regarding the program's success.

14. No Correspondence, Disputes, And Refunds
No correspondence regarding incentives or disputes will be accepted. All benefits are provided “as is,” with no refunds or exchanges.

15. Applicable Law
The law of Thailand applies to these terms, and all disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Thailand’s courts.
